基于多目标优化的刺绣图案制版方法

摘要:

刺绣制版是刺绣生产的关键环节,传统制版方法多依赖人工经验,难以兼顾质量、效率与面料保护三个冲突目标。本研究基于约束法实现刺绣制版参数多目标优化,围绕关键特征提取、决策变量与约束条件设定、参数推理与优化、输出与校验四个环节展开,自动确定刺绣顺序、针迹方向、剪线点位置、针迹密度、针迹长度、针迹类型等关键参数,并引入拉力补偿与立体工艺配置。以定制西装刺绣图案为案例,通过模拟仿真验证了该方法在针迹堆积、跳针漏针、剪线残留及图案扭曲控制方面的有效性,制版效率较传统人工经验制版有明显提升。

Abstract:

Embroidery pattern making is a crucial step in embroidery production. Traditional pattern-making methods mostly rely on manual experience, making it difficult to balance the three conflicting goals of quality, efficiency and fabric protection. This study realizes multi-objective optimization of embroidery pattern making parameters based on the constraint method. It is carried out around four links: key feature extraction, decision variable and constraint condition setting, parameter reasoning and optimization, and output and verification. It automatically determines key parameters such as embroidery sequence, stitch direction, cutting point position, stitch density, stitch length, and stitch type, and introduces tensile force compensation and three-dimensional process configuration. Taking the embroidery patterns of custom-made suits as a case, the effectiveness of this method in controlling stitch accumulation, missed stitches, residual cut threads and pattern distortion was verified through simulation. The pattern-making efficiency was significantly improved compared with the traditional manual experience-based pattern-making.
