低温碱尿素法制备再生纤维素纤维长丝的纺丝机开发

摘要:

低温碱尿素法再生纤维素纤维生产技术是我国原创的绿色再生纤维生产技术,开发合适的长丝纺丝机是该生产技术产业化的关键环节。阐述对R535A型黏胶长丝半连续纺丝机进行局部改造,以实现纺丝,改造后纺速可达75 m/min。可以直接用FCT-3000型黏胶长丝连续纺丝机纺丝,纺速为60 m/min,强度低于1.3 cN/dtex。在FCT-3000型连续纺丝机基础之上增加牵伸装置开发出新的连续纺丝机,低温碱尿素法纺丝液在其上再生纺丝纺速可达90 m/min以上,纤维强度大于1.6 cN/dtex,该方案为较优。

Abstract:

The low-temperature alkaline-urea process for regenerated cellulose fiber production is a green technology developed in China. The selection or development of a suitable spinning machine is regarded as the critical step in this technology. Different approaches were compared to identify an optimal solution. First, the semi-continuous filament spinning machine(R535A) was modified, achieving a spinning speed of approximately 75 m/min. Second, the continuous filament spinning machine(FCT-3000) was directly utilized, resulting in a spinning speed of 60 m/min but filament intensity below 1.3 cN/dtex. Finally, a new continuous filament spinning machine design, developed by adding a drawing device to the FCT-3000, was evaluated. By this means, a spinning speed exceeding 90 m/min and filament intensity above 1.6 cN/dtex were achieved. Significant advantages are demonstrated by this modified continuous machine.
