摘要:

葛纤维材料来源于生物“葛”,经脱胶技术从植物葛的蔓藤中提取,可用作纺织品材料。作为一种新型纤维素纤维,葛纤维具有良好的透气透湿性能和抗菌抑菌效果(抑菌率>85%)及抗菌改性潜力,其产品风格独特,符合现代人追求自然舒适、健康安全的消费观念;同时,我国是一个农业大国,农作物秸秆资源丰富,开发利用葛纤维与棉、麻等纤维混纺或交织生产高档织物有着广阔前景。因此,对葛纤维进行深入系统研究并探索其在纺织领域的应用具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Pueraria lobata fiber, a cellulose material extracted from the plant′s vines through degumming technology, represents an innovative textile resource with significant functional advantages. Exhibiting excellent breathability, moisture permeability, and inherent antibacterial properties(demonstrating an 85% antimicrobial rate), the fiber also holds potential for antimicrobial modification. The resultant textiles possess distinctive characteristics that align with contemporary consumer demands for natural comfort, health, and safety. China has abundant crop straw resources, positions Pueraria lobata fiber as a promising candidate for blending or interweaving with cotton and hemp fibers to produce high-grade fabrics. These synergies highlight the material′s viability for sustainable textile innovation. This underscores the critical importance of systematic research into Pueraria lobata fiber to fully explore its application potential and advance eco-conscious textile development.
